Huge Win for Varsity Girls Basketball!
The girls varsity basketball team made a loud statement with a 45-23 win over Western Reserve Academy. Paloma Felipe dominated the paint with 10 points and 12 rebounds while Clara Gutierrez added 6 points, 8 rebounds and 2 blocks. The Phoenix led the entire game and never allowed WRA to make a run. Coach Valadez said, "This is a game our girls had circled on their calendars all season. I'm so proud of the dominating performance they put on today."
