  • Baseball Camp: June 26-30

    Ages: Rising 3rd - 8th graders
    Content: AOA Baseball Camp provides a fun, active, learning environment for rising 3-8th graders.  No previous baseball experience necessary. AOA Varsity Head Coach Jay Murphy will focus on teaching fundamental skills and having lots of fun through daily competition and games. 

     
  • Camp Bliss: July 17 - 21

    Week: July 17 - 21

    Cost: $390/Week for Full Day Camp
               $275/Week for Half Day Camp
    Time: Full Day 8:30AM – 3:00PM
                 Half Day 8:30AM – 11:45AM
                 Before Care 8:00AM – 8:30AM
                 After Care 3:00PM – 5:00PM
    Ages: Rising 3rd - 5th graders
    Content: During this 'spa' themed week, campers will get to make an array of items that will help with self-care including calming jars, bath bombs, and even homemade ice cream! We'll have lessons in learning to love oneself, finding meaning and purpose, and building friendships with others; and through the use of meditation and yoga techniques, we'll learn ways to manage feelings, practice mindful habits and build confidence in the process. Weather permitting, students will spend the afternoon swimming at Osborne Park. Before and after care are available at an additional cost. A week long pool pass is included in the price.


  • The Great AOA Bake-Off Camp: June 19 -23

    Content: Do you have a budding chef at home? During this cooking themed week, campers will learn about kitchen equipment, food safety and hygiene and make recipes come to life. They will create pizza, tacos, cookies, and more. The week will wrap up with a secret ingredient competition where the chefs create their own delicious masterpiece. As the campers learn new skills and experience time in the kitchen, they will gain confidence and self-esteem. Weather permitting, students will spend the afternoon swimming at Osborne Park. Before and after care are available at an additional cost. A week long pool pass is included in the price.

  • Camp Phoenix Early Childhood Program: June 12-16, 26-30, July 10-14, 24-28

    Ages: Rising Pre-K (4 year old)  – Kindergarten – 1st Graders – 2nd Graders 
    Content: This four-week program is designed specifically for young children rising into Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades in the fall of 2023.  Camp Phoenix will offer each child a variety of hands-on activities, built upon exploration, creativity, discovery, and innovation, to satisfy their curious mind.  Providing a 1:7 staff-camper ratio, children will enjoy experiences involving art, music, crafts, STEAM technology, introductory science, and performing arts.  Outdoor exploration, nature walks, and free play will also be incorporated daily.  Snacks will be provided, lunches will not.  Before and aftercare available at an additional cost.

    Content: Sold out ten straight summers!  AOA faculty member Adam Altman is back, offering another action-packed week of science-related fun and excitement.  Spots will go fast for this.  So, register quickly and allow your camper to enjoy a week of wild, creative, bot-building, cart-racing, tube-riding craziness.

  • Soccer Camp: July 31 - August 4

    Week: July 31 - August 4
    Cost: $150
    Time: 12pm - 3pm 
    Ages: Rising 3rd - 8th graders
    Content: AOA Soccer camp provides a fun learning environment for young players to build their fundamental skills and apply them during active games and drills.  No previous soccer experience necessary.  Each day the staff will focus on a particular skill, building towards the ‘AOA World Cup’ competition on Friday. 

      

  • Softball Camp: June 19-23

    Time: 9am - 12pm
    Ages: Rising 3rd - 8th graders 
    Content: AOA Softball Camp provides a fun, active, learning environment for rising 3-8th graders.  No previous softball experience is necessary.  Campers will gain a better understanding for the rules of the game and work on the many fundamental skills needed to play softball well.  Each day the staff will focus on a particular skill, incorporate fun, small-sided games, and utilize safe drills to enhance learning. 



  • Streams and Stars Camp: June 12-16

    Time: Noon - 3 pm 
    Ages: Rising 3rd - 8th graders 
    Content: Our campus includes acres and acres of nature to explore!  Join middle school science faculty member and nature expert Rachel McKinney to learn more about the natural habitat right in our own backyard.  This will be a week of fun afternoons, exploring the streams and rivers connected to campus, as well as learning more about astronomy and its impact on our world.
  • Tennis Camp: August 7-11

    Week: August 7-11

    Time: 9am - 12pm 
    Ages: Rising 5th - 12th graders 
    Content: AOA Tennis Camps provide a fun, learning environment for rising 5th – 12th graders.  No previous tennis experience necessary.  Campers will work on fundamental skills through fun drills and games.  It’s a great time to introduce a player to the sport of tennis or sharpen one’s skills for the fall season.


  • Theatre Camp I: July 17-21

    Time: 12pm - 3pm
    Ages: Rising 3rd - 9th graders
    Content: AOA Theatre Camp is the perfect opportunity for campers to explore their interest in acting and the performing arts.  AOA theatre director, Darryl Lewis, will lead the kids through a week of experimenting the ins and outs of acting, set design, production, stage confidence, and body language.  No previous theatre experience necessary.  ALL campers will be offered a role in a Willoughby Summer Theatre Production.  Attending for two weeks is highly encouraged.
