Commencement will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2024,
at 11 am in the Osborne Building Auditorium.
Commencement RSVP
We welcome graduates and their guests for this special occasion. We kindly ask you RSVP the number of guests attending the ceremony and limit the number of guests to six (6). There is no fee to attend this special event, but we kindly request your RSVP.

Important Information
Friday, May 31, 7:00 pm - Sing Out (Families Welcome)
Sing Out is a long-standing Andrews tradition where the Junior and Senior classes come together, one last time, singing various songs to bid each other farewell. A dessert reception in the Dining Room will follow the Sing Out (families welcome).
Sing Out Dress Code: A full-length pastel dress or pantsuit or a dark suit with a white dress shirt and an appropriate tie.
Saturday, June 1, 11:00 am - Commencement
This year the festivities will be held inside AOA's beautiful auditorium.
* Seniors need to arrive on campus at 10:00 am.
* The auditorium will open to guests 30 minutes before commencement.
* Limit: Six (6) guests per graduating senior.
Student Dress Code: Knee-length dress or dark dress pants and a collared white shirt with an appropriate tie. Dress shoes only, no flip-flops or sandals.
Diplomas, caps, and gowns are included in the student fees. Seniors are permitted to keep their cap and gown.
Photography: There will be a professional photographer taking pictures before and during the ceremony, so you can live in the moment and fully enjoy the event! They will provide information on purchasing photographs. Of course, feel free to take all the pictures you would like as this event is for families, however, please refrain from flash photography.
Video: For those who cannot attend in person, the event will be live-streamed. The link for viewing graduation will be on the calendar located on PhoenixNet.
