Carrie Gorski has been the Varsity Head Coach at AOA for 2 years. She is OHSAA certified and is a USA swimming certified coach and a member of ASCA (American Swimming Coaches Association). Carrie has been a volunteer within the swimming community for over 9 years and is very passionate about promoting the future of swimming at AOA. In the 2 years that she has been coaching at AOA, athletes have participated in all levels of OHSAA competition beginning with dual meets and invitationals, and on to Sectionals continuing through Districts and the State Meet.

At AOA we take a unique approach to competitive swimming at the Upper School level, and have partnered with a USA club team, Great Waves Aquatics and Coach Matt Parrish. This allows us to offer many great opportunities for our athletes including a great variety of training sites, coaching styles and training opportunities. This allows each athlete to realize their potential, and reach their own individual goals. We welcome swimmers of all levels and abilities and encourage all to explore the wonderful world of competitive swimming.
