  • 1. Application

    Complete the online application which includes:

    • Applicant & Family Information
    • Education (Current school information)
    • English Proficiency Test (Gr. 6-12)
    • Interests
    • Student Questionnaire (Gr. 3-12)
    • Parent Statement
    • Essay (Gr. 6-12)
    • Application Fee: $100 (The application fee must be paid using a credit card when the completed application is submitted.)
    If your family has not already completed an inquiry form and would like to apply to AOA, please click HERE.

    If your family has completed an online inquiry form, please login using your username and password HERE.
     
    Once the application is submitted, you will receive instructions to submit a copy of the passport.

    February 1, 2021 - Application Due          
    February 12, 2021 - Notification Date 
    February 26, 2021 - Response Due 

    Applications completed outside the above timeline will be considered on a rolling admission basis and may be subject to limited space.

  • 2. Recommendations

    Academic recommendations are required from the applicant's current teacher as part of the application. Please download the recommendation form(s). Complete the top part of the form which includes the applicant name, date of birth and grade applying. Submit the printed recommendation to the applicant's current teacher. Completed recommendation are sent directly to Andrews Osborne Academy (fax: 440-942-3660 or email: admissions@andrewsosborne.org).

  • 3. Transcript

    Print the Transcript Request form.

    Complete the applicant name, date of birth, parent/guardian name, signature and date.

    The form must be submitted to the applicant’s current school.

    Transcripts from the current school must be sent directly to Andrews Osborne Academy.
  • 4. English Proficiency Test (Grades 6-12)

    TOEFL, iTEP SLATE-Plus or IELTS

    Applicants for whom English is not the primary or fluent language and has not been the primary language of instruction for the applicant's most recent four years of schooling are required to submit one of the following:
    • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) AOA school code 6769
    • Secondary Level Assessment Test of English (iTEP SLATE-Plus)
    • International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
     
    Kindergarten - Grade 5 Applicants are invited to visit the campus if families are in the area. Assessments are scheduled during the school day according to faculty and applicant availability. 
  • 5. Interview

    Interviews for international students can be done using Skype.
