Veteran Cleveland area soccer coach Joe Dilalla enters his third season as the Head Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at AOA in the Fall of 2025. During his first two seasons at AOA, Coach Dilalla led the girls program to a pair of Sectional Championships and consecutive trips to the OHSAA District Round. Prior to his time at AOA, Dilalla served as an Assistant Varsity Boys Coach at West Geauga and Mayfield and the Head Varsity Girls Coach at West Geauga. As a player, Dilalla played at Mayfield and Lakeland Community College.
