Jillian Little enters her third season during the 2025-2026 school year as the Varsity Softball Head Coach. After serving as an assistant coach for a number of years, Little was promoted to Head Coach for the 2024 season. The team experienced immediate success under Coach Little's guidance winning back-to-back LEC Championships. For her leadership, Little was named to 2025 LEC Coach of the Year. Coach Little is an extremely active member of the AOA community. Aside from her coaching duties, Coach Little teaches Science and lives on campus as a member of the school's Residential Life team.
