Cultural Dishes that were served in the Dining Hall each day:
Monday- Kenya : Nyama Choma, Zanzibar Pilau, Sukuma Wiki, and Kenya Mahargwe
Tuesday- Korea: Beef Bilogi, Steamed White Rice, Shigumchi Namul, and Muwuguk
Wednesday- Spain: Paella, Samfaina, and Menestra de Verdures
Thursday- Philippines: Chicken Adobo/Adobong Gulay, rice, Spiced Coconut Sweet Potato, and Sopa de Maiz
Friday- Brazil: Brazilian Piccadillo, Rice/Fried Plantains, Couve a Mineria, and Sopa de Maiz

Culture Fair and Performances
The Culture Fair was on display in the dinning hall International Week and recorded performances were shared via zoom school wide. We also had a cultural dress down day.
