  • 1. How to Apply

    If your family has not already completed an inquiry form and would like to apply to AOA, please click HERE.

    If your family has completed an online inquiry form, please login using your username and password HERE.

    An application Fee of $50 must be paid using a credit card when the completed application is submitted.

    Once the application is submitted, you will receive instructions to submit a birth certificate and a custodial agreement (divorced families).

    We are now in a period of rolling admissions. Please begin the online application today. New applications are currently being reviewed and accepted.
  • 2. Recommendation

    One recommendation is required from the applicant’s current teacher as part of the application. Please download the recommendation form below. Complete the top part of the form which includes the applicant name, date of birth, grade applying. Submit the printed recommendation to the applicant's current teacher. Completed recommendations are sent directly to Andrews Osborne Academy.

  • 3. Transcript

    Print the Transcript Request form. Complete the applicant name, date of birth, parent/guardian name, signature and date. The form must be submitted to the applicant’s current school. Transcripts from the current school must be sent directly to Andrews Osborne Academy.
  • 4. Testing

    Pre-Kindergarten - Grade 4 Applicants:
    The applicant must spend a morning in the classroom to assess with the faculty. Assessments are scheduled during the school day according to faculty and applicant availability.

    Assessment Schedule:
    Pre-K & Kindergarten: 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
    Grades 1-4: 8:15 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

    5th Grade Applicants:
    Shadow Day & Interview

    The applicant must spend a day at AOA with the 4th grade during which he/she interviews one-on-one with the 5th grade faculty. Shadow days are scheduled during the school day according to faculty and applicant availability.

    Entrance Exam
    The applicant must register to take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) at www.iseetest.org. The ISEE can be taken at a variety of test sites and is administered by the Educational Records Bureau. ERB can be reached at (800) 989-3721 or www.iseetest.org. The cost to take the ISEE ranges from $100 to $200. Andrews Osborne Academy's ISEE School Code: 365565.

    Andrews Osborne Academy offers the ISEE on the following dates during the 2018-2019 academic year:

  • 5. Financial Assistance (if applicable)

    Need-based financial aid is available to qualifying USA students in Grades 1-12. Families must apply online at www.sss.secure.force.com/familyportal each year as award eligibility is determined solely by demonstrated need, based on the data from School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) and verified by the school.
