Roxane Rheinheimer
Presbyterian College, BA (English)
Roxane Rheinheimer is the director of equestrian facilities. She oversees the daily operations of the AOA Equestrian Center, and she coordinates all horse shows, clinics, and special events. Her professional background includes stable management as well as riding and training. She has been a part of horse show management teams for 15 years with credits including the Atlanta Olympics, The National Horse Show at Madison Square Garden, The Winter Equestrian Festival, and numerous other prestigious equestrian events. She is the founder and president of the Interscholastic Equestrian Association.

Molly Mitchell
Kings Business College, BA (Business)
The barn manager at AOA, Molly Mitchell, has produced world champions in both the horse show and dog show worlds. Originally from the Cleveland area, her career has taken her through top barns from Connecticut to Arizona. Her background offers managerial expertise and extensive veterinary experience. Molly coordinates all of the stabling, daily care and veterinary needs of the horses at AOA.

Bernie Villeneuve
Bernie Villeneuve is the Program Coordinator at the AOA Equestrian Center. He teaches beginner through advanced riders, and also shares coaching responsibilities for the Andrews Osborne Academy Equestrian teams. Bernie attended Alongquin College, and in 1987 earned a Canadian Equestrian Federation coaching certificate from Sport Canada. Before coming to AOA, Bernie spent 5 years at a private school in Maryland as assistant, then co-director of their riding programs. He also competed in Jumper divisions at rated shows in both Canada and the U.S. Many of his students are ranked in the top 10 in the OPHA and are ranked nationally as well.

Alecia Keunzig May
Lake Erie College, BA (Biology/Equestrian Studies)
Alecia May is a riding instructor in the communicaty lesson program at AOA. She teaches beginner through upper intermediate riders. Alecia began riding at AOA at the very first summer camp and has been riding and competing ever since! She graduated from Lake Erie College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. However, she spent most of her college career and post college career as she does now; in the barn - riding, teaching and competing.

Stephanie Keough
Stephanie teaches beginner through intermediate lessons in the lesson program at AOA. She also assists with coaching the English IEA riding team and coaches the Western IEA team. Stephanie comes from an extensive riding, training and showing background in huntseat and western riding.
