Michael W. Rheinheimer - Equestrian Center Director and Head Trainer
Michael has produced a number of champions in USEF Zone 5 as well as for OPHA at a local level.  He is nationally known as a top course designer and has officiated some of the most prestigious horse shows and finals in the country.  Among these accomplishments, Michael has also managed a number of nationally recognized shows: Madison Square Gardens (4 years), Saratoga Classic (11 years), Cleveland Hunter/Jumper Classic (5 years), Andrews Osborne Academy (10 years), St. Louis National Charity (3 years), and assisted in the management of Capital Challenge, home of the WLHR Hunter Finals (12 years).

Amanda Lyerly - Assistant Head Trainer
Amanda is a Equestrian Trainer who had a very successful junior/amateur career.  She took championships at major horse shows including the Pennsylvania National and Devon.  She then graduated from Haverfield College and went to work for Louise Serio at Derbydown, Inc. in Kennett Square, PA.  Amanda spent 11 years there as an Assistant Rider and Trainer, winning at horse shows such as Capital Challenge and The Winter Equestrian Festival.  She has also trained students to championship status at major events like the Capital Challenge, PA National Horse Show and Washington International.  To add to this list of accomplishments, Amanda has even helped train the winner of the USEF pony medal finals and the USEF Junior Hunter Finals Champion. 

Molly Mitchell - Barn Manager
Kings Business College, BA (Business)
The barn manager at AOA, Molly Mitchell, has produced world champions in both the horse show and dog show worlds. Originally from the Cleveland area, her career has taken her through top barns from Connecticut to Arizona. Her background offers managerial expertise and extensive veterinary experience. Molly coordinates all of the stabling, daily care and veterinary needs of the horses at AOA.

Bernie Villeneuve - Program Coordinator, IEA AOA Team Coach, Riding Instructor
Bernie Villeneuve is the Program Coordinator at the AOA Equestrian Center. He teaches beginner through advanced riders, and also shares coaching responsibilities for the Andrews Osborne Academy Equestrian teams. Bernie attended Alongquin College, and in 1987 earned a Canadian Equestrian Federation coaching certificate from Sport Canada. Before coming to AOA, Bernie spent 5 years at a private school in Maryland as assistant, then co-director of their riding programs. He also competed in Jumper divisions at rated shows in both Canada and the U.S. Many of his students are ranked in the top 10 in the OPHA and are ranked nationally as well.

Alecia Kuenzig May - Equestrian Center Administrative Assistant, Riding Instructor
Lake Erie College, BA (Biology/Equestrian Studies)
Alecia May is Assistant to the Equestrian Director, Administrative Assistant at the Equestrian Center, and a riding instructor.  She teaches beginner through upper intermediate riders. Alecia began riding at AOA at the very first summer camp and has been riding and competing ever since! She graduated from Lake Erie College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. However, she spent most of her college career and post college career as she does now; in the barn - riding, teaching and competing.

Stephanie Keough - Riding Instructor, IEA Community Team Coach
Stephanie coaches the AOA Community Team.  She comes from an extensive riding, training and showing background in huntseat and western riding.
