Lake Effect Conference
AOA is a member of the Lake Effect Conference. The other member schools include: Geauga Home School, Grand River Academy, Hearts for Jesus Christ, Horizon Science Academy, Lawrence School, New Day Academy, Saint John School, and Saint Martin de Porres.
Lessons Learned on the Field
AOA’s zero-cut policy promotes participation and encourages students to be part of the team, and our coaches share the school’s commitment to the success of each child. They play a major role in the development of their athletes as they promote leadership skills, teamwork and sportsmanship – character building traits that serve our students forever.
Athletic Emergency Form

Contest Travel Release
Please click here for a contest travel release form that needs to be completed and signed by a parent or guardian if an athlete does not ride to and from an athletic event in AOA provided transportation. Spring Sports Banquet and Awards Night
Families of spring athletes are cordially invited to attend our Spring Sports Banquet and Awards Night on Thursday, May 23rd. The banquet will begin at 6:30 p.m. in our dining room and will be served by our Dining Services staff. The menu includes pasta with marinara or meat sauce, tossed salad w/dressing, cookies and a hot or cold beverage. The cost of the meal for family members is $5.99 each and can be paid at the serving line. The athletes and coaches will receive a complimentary dinner.
Following the banquet, at 7:15 p.m. we will meet in the auditorium for a guest speaker and special awards presentations.
